EMC lab is subordinate to the institute of reliability testing and energy efficiency testing which is one of the branch of SIMS/NRC. It is the first EMC testing institution legally set up by the metrological administrative department of the Chinese government in the western region. It includes three parts: an anechoic chamber(282 m2), a shielding chamber (40 m2)and a power amplifier control room(38 m2).The laboratory temperature is 23 ± 0.5 ℃, and the humidity is 40% RH.

Ⅱ Testing proficiency of EMC Lab
The testing proficiency of EMC laboratory has reached the requirements of national standards including CISPR 11、CISPR 22、CISPR 15、IEC 61547、IEC 61000-3-2、IEC 61000-3-3、IEC 61000-4-2、IEC 61000-4-3、IEC 61000-4-4、IEC 61000-4-5、IEC 61000-4-6、IEC 61000-4-8、IEC 61000-4-11, and etc.

“一带一路”国家计量测试研究中心(陕西)日前已经完成电磁兼容实验室(十米法半电波暗室)的建设工作。完成建设EMC电磁兼容实验室:拥有德国奥尔托公司建造的十米法电波暗室、屏蔽室等专业测试场地以及德国RS公司、瑞士EMC Partner公司、瑞士EM TEST公司生产的专业EMC测试设备,可满足CE(传导发射)、CS(传导敏感度)、RE(辐射发射)、RS(辐射敏感度)等电磁兼容检测项目的测试需求。其主要技术参数如下:
一、实验室基础设施(EMC测试场地):
(一)电波暗室(十米法半电波暗室)
